COMMON NAME:  Dwarf  Honey  Myrtle 

Melaleuca Nesophila Little Nessie is an Australian Native shrub that has a dense round growth habit with bright green foliage.   It produces stunning gold tip mauve globular flowers during spring and summer.  This plant is ideal for seaside garden, rockeries, mixed garden beds and even a hedging, and looks stunning in a pot for feature specimen.  Plant them in an open sunny position with well drained soil.  It is a Waterwise plant once established after planting.   This species are light frost and salt tolerant.  Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth habit.   Melaleuca Little Nessie can grow to a height and width of 2 metres.
