Agapanthus Bluestorm "Lily of the Nile" it is extremely floriferous,  producing an abundance of scapes or stems topped with light violet-blue flowers.  When mature, this vigorous plants blooms in flushes,  bearing up to 100 stems/season,  all bursting forth together in a mass of long lasting thick blue flowers.  Ideal for borders, containers,  pathway or driveway.  It is perfect plant in time of drought and water restrictions.  Prefers full sun to part shade position.
