Callistemon Little John 5L

DESCRIPTIONS:

The Australian Native produces stunning blue-green foliage with a slightly delicate, furry appearance.  Throughout spring and autumn, Callistemon Little John forms masses of large bright red bottlebrush flowers that has a compact, dwarf variety of Callistemon.  This evergreen bird attracting shrub will make an excellent addition to any garden or landscape.  Suggested uses include screening, hedging, low maintenance and small native gardens.  Thrives in a sunny position in well-drained soil. Callistemon are very hardy,  adaptable shrubs, that will tolerate the poorest soil and withstand water logging for extended periods.  They are also strong against moderate coastal exposure and short periods of dryness.   

Callistemon Little John is Waterwise and has a low water requirements once established.   Prune after flowering to promote strong new growth.  Callistemon Little John will grow to a height and width of 1 metre.
