CEROPEGIA Chain of Hearts Variegated 14cm

DESCRIPTIONS:

Ceropedia Chain of Hearts Variegated is a unique, evergreen trailing vines that grows up to 10cm in height and can reach a lengths of 2-4 metres  long.  It's pink and white variegation, heart shaped, Succulents leaves are about 1-2cm wide.  It is very popular houseplant and is best grown  in hanging baskets.  Chain of Hearts requires excellent drainage and should only be water when the soil is dry to touch.
