                    PLANT DESCRIPTIONS:

Coprosma Sahara Jewel  the bright gloosy foliage of this plant range makes them a standout in any situation.  Sahara Jewel has a lovely bronze-back foliage with an orange-red nactre and this can change by the seasons.  It can be planted in almost any type of garden or landscape with a well drained soil in a sunny to partly shaded position.   They will also tough with high winds and salt spray,  so coastal friendly.  It will make an attractive hedge along the pathways,  mass planted in a dry sunny slope,  or shade as small balls or any desired shape.  Ideal on desks and patio's, or by the pool due to minimal leaf dropping.  Sahara Jewel will grown to 1m high and wide., forming an upright mound of dense foliage.  This very versatile shrub pruned to encourage greater density.  Perfect for low hedges.   Coprosma has no issues with disease or pests. An application of slow release fertiliser prior to spring is beneficial.
