COMMON NAME:  Crepe Myrtle 

Sioux is a showy, narrow growing small tree with masses of intense pink flowers during Autumn, spring and summer.  Highly ornamental bark and very good Autumn colour.  Ideal as a specimen tree for the small garden or landscape.   Works well in streetscapes.   Prefers well drained humus rich soil in full sun position.   Can tolerate most conditions but moisture is Prefered in dry periods when still young.  Sioux will grow to a height of 4m high and a width of 3m wide.
