COMMON NAME:  Escallonia 

Escallonia Pink Elle PBR is an easy to grow,  small evergreen shrub with a compact habit and glossy,  dark green foliage.   It produces stunning summer displays of upright Pink flowers that  fade to  white with age.  Looks fantastic as a low ornamental hedge and planted in containers  as a feature plant for small courtyard garden.   Prefers a full sun to partly shaded position with well drained soil.   Low water requirements once established,  keeps moist during extended dry periods and while in flower.  Remove spent flowers head and feed with a slow release fertiliser in spring to encourage fresh new foliage and more flowers.   Escallonia Pink Elle PBR grows to  a 1m high when matured and a width of 1m wide.
