The Peperomia Polybotrya is also known as the Raindrops or Coin Leaf Peperomia, is a popular, low maintenance houseplant native to South America, prized for its glossy, Raindrops shaped, thick leaves.
Appearance:
* It's compact, succulent plant with thick, glossy, deep green leaves that resemble Raindrops or Coin.
* Leaves can grow up to 12cm in diameter and the plant can reach a height of up to 30cm.
* It has an upright, compact habit, making it suitable for windowsills and tables.
How to care:
* Thrives in bright, indirect light but can tolerate medium lighting conditions.
* Prefers moderate temperatures and high humidity.
* Water sparingly, allowing the soil to dry out completely between watering, as it stores water in its leaves.
* Can be fertilise with a balanced liquid fertiliser every couple of months.
Uses:
* Ideal for indoor environments, such as windowsills, tables and desks.
* Can also be used in shaded gardens or patios.
Toxicity:
* Peperomia plants are generally considered non-toxic to pets.
