PHLEBOSA "Nicolas Diamond " Fern 17cm

DESCRIPTIONS:

Phlebosa 'Nicolas Diamond', is a hybrid Fern created by crossing a Pyrrosia and Phlebodium, resulting in a  bushy plant with deep green,  slightly curled leaves, and moderate to vigorous growth.  It thrives in bright,  indirect light and tolerate cooler temperatures,  making it  an excellent houseplant. 

KEY FEATURES:

Appearance:

*  It has a bushy upright growth habit with deep green fronds that have a slight wave or curl at the ends.

Sunlight:

*  Prefers bright, indirect light,  but can tolerate lower light conditions, though growth may slow down. 

Watering:

*  Requires consistently moist soil, but not waterlogged.  Water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain. 

Humidity:

*  Benefits from higher humidity levels,  so misting or using a humidifier can be beneficial. 

Soil type:

*  Use a well-draining potting mix designed for ferns or tropical plants. 

Pruning:

*  Remove any dead or yellowish fronds to maintain a neat appearance and encourage new growth. 

Temperatures:

*  Ideal temperatures range is between 60 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit (15 - 24 degrees Celsius).

Growth Habit:

*  It's a moderate to vigorous grower and can spread up to 2-3 feet wide. 

Care:

*  It is generally low-maintenance and can be in excellent addition to terrariums or hanging baskets.
