PLANT DESCRIPTIONS:
Butterkin is a low spreading shrub whose buttery-orange flowers resemble a miniature Hibiscus. Flowers occur in prolific terminal clusters for most of the year, particularly in warmer subtropical climates. Butterkin can be used as a low hedge, a tidy edging plant, a colourful filler or an ideal groundcover for the garden. Butterkin can grow in a full sun or lightly shaded area. Prune regularly to maintain prolific flowering and appearance. Butterkin will grow to a height of 1 metre and a spread of 1 metre.
